Problem Understanding
The train has n wagons arranged in a line. The controller moves deterministically: every minute he walks one wagon in his current direction, and when he reaches either end he reverses direction. His path is completely fixed once we know the initial wagon and direction.
The stowaway behaves differently depending on whether the train is moving or standing at a station.
When the train is moving, the stowaway may stay in place or move one wagon left or right. The order matters: the stowaway moves first, then the controller moves. If after the controller moves they end up in the same wagon, the stowaway is caught immediately.
When the train is idle at a station, the stowaway temporarily leaves the train before the controller moves. After the controller finishes moving, the stowaway may re-enter in any wagon. If this station is the terminal station, represented by the last '1' in the string, then the stowaway simply leaves forever and wins instantly.
The input string describes the train state minute by minute. Character '0' means the train is moving during that minute, while '1' means the train is idle. The last character is always '1', meaning the process always eventually reaches the terminal station.
We must determine whether the controller can inevitably catch the stowaway before the terminal station is reached. If the controller wins, we must also output the earliest minute when capture happens under optimal play.
The constraints are small. The train has at most 50 wagons and the timeline length is at most 200. That immediately suggests that a state-based dynamic programming or game simulation solution is completely feasible. Even an O(n * m) or O(n^2 * m) algorithm is tiny here, since the total number of states is only a few thousand.
The tricky part is not performance, it is modeling the game correctly.
One easy mistake is forgetting that during idle minutes the stowaway re-enters after the controller moves. Consider:

The controller moves from wagon 2 to wagon 3 during the idle minute. Since this is the terminal station, the stowaway leaves permanently before re-entering and wins immediately. A careless implementation might incorrectly force the stowaway to choose a wagon during the final minute and accidentally report capture.
Another subtle case is the move order during moving minutes. Suppose:

Approaches
The most direct way to think about the game is as a full minimax search.
At every minute, the game state consists of the current minute, the stowaway wagon, the controller wagon, and the controller direction. From such a state we can recursively try all legal stowaway moves, simulate the controller move, and determine whether some strategy survives until the terminal station.
This brute-force recursion is conceptually correct because the game length is bounded by at most 200 minutes. The controller has only one possible move at every step, so the only branching comes from the stowaway.
Still, the raw game tree grows exponentially. During moving minutes the stowaway may have up to three choices, and during idle minutes he may choose any of n wagons. In the worst case the number of possible histories becomes astronomical.
The key observation is that the controller trajectory is completely predetermined. Once the initial wagon and direction are fixed, we can precompute exactly where the controller stands at every minute.
That changes the problem from a two-player search into a reachability DP.
At minute t, we only need to know which stowaway positions are still survivable. The controller position is fixed. We process the timeline backwards.
Define a state:
dp[t][p] = whether the stowaway can survive starting from minute t in wagon p
The transition depends on the train state at minute t.
If the train is moving, the stowaway may move to p-1, p, or p+1. After that, the controller moves to his next wagon. Any move landing on the controller is forbidden. If at least one legal move leads to a winning future state, then dp[t][p] is true.
If the train is idle and not terminal, the stowaway may re-enter any wagon after the controller moves. Since he may choose freely, the state becomes winning if there exists at least one wagon different from the controller position that is winning in the next minute.
If the current minute is the terminal station, the stowaway wins immediately no matter where he currently is.
The brute-force search works because the game is finite and deterministic once moves are chosen, but it fails because it repeatedly recomputes identical states. The backward DP collapses exponentially many histories into only O(length * n) states.

Algorithm Walkthrough
- Precompute the controller position for every minute.
Store ctrl[t] as the controller wagon after completing the move of minute t. Also maintain the current direction and reverse it whenever the controller reaches wagon 1 or wagon n.
2. Create a DP table where dp[t][p] means the stowaway can still avoid capture starting from minute t while standing in wagon p before his action of that minute.
3. Initialize the terminal condition.
If minute t is the last character of the string and it is '1', the stowaway leaves the train permanently before any further interaction. Every position is winning.
4. Process minutes backwards from the end toward the beginning.
Backward processing works because each state only depends on future states. 5. Handle idle minutes.
During an idle minute the stowaway disappears before the controller moves and may re-enter afterward in any wagon. So after the controller moves to ctrl[t], the stowaway may choose any wagon except that one.
If at least one wagon q != ctrl[t] satisfies dp[t+1][q], then every current wagon becomes winning.
6. Handle moving minutes.
From wagon p, the stowaway may move to p-1, p, or p+1 if that wagon exists.
After the stowaway move, the controller moves to ctrl[t]. Any candidate wagon equal to ctrl[t] means immediate capture and must be skipped.
If some legal next wagon also satisfies dp[t+1][next_pos], then dp[t][p] = True.
7. After filling the table, check the initial stowaway wagon.
If dp[0][m] is true, print "Stowaway".
8. Otherwise simulate the unique optimal play length.
Since the controller inevitably wins, the stowaway chooses moves maximizing survival time. We recursively compute the latest capture minute using the same transitions.
Why it works
The DP invariant is:
dp[t][p] is true exactly when the stowaway has a strategy to avoid capture from that state onward.
Backward induction guarantees correctness. At the final station the answer is trivially true because the stowaway leaves permanently. Every earlier state is evaluated only from already-correct future states.
For moving minutes, the stowaway survives if and only if there exists at least one legal move avoiding immediate collision and leading to another survivable state.
For idle minutes, the stowaway may choose any wagon after observing the controller move, so the state is survivable if at least one safe wagon remains survivable afterward.
Since every possible action is considered exactly according to the game rules, the DP exactly characterizes optimal play.

The first part of the code precomputes the controller trajectory. This is easy to get wrong because the direction reverses only after entering an endpoint wagon.
The DP table uses backward evaluation because every state depends only on future minutes. The extra row dp[L] acts as a dummy successful ending state after the timeline finishes.
The idle-minute transition is subtle. The stowaway disappears before the controller moves, so his previous wagon becomes irrelevant. That is why every dp[t][p] receives the same value during idle minutes.
The moving-minute transition checks all three possible actions. Capture happens after the controller move, so any candidate wagon equal to ctrl[t] is immediately losing.
After determining whether survival is possible, the second DFS computes the latest possible capture time under optimal delaying play. Since the controller path is deterministic, the stowaway only maximizes the capture minute.
