This solution computes every possible alternating row pattern and its cost. DP accumulates minimal repaint counts, and reconstruction traces the choices back to form the final flag.

Subtle points: remember to exclude pairs where both colours are the same. Track patterns separately for reconstruction. Column conflicts do not exist, so DP transitions are unconstrained.
